There are rumors that Big Boss 5 participant Sunny Leon will be the leading lady in Jism 2 and Sunny Leon would strip her clothes for the movie.

No one but Mahesh Bhatt & Pooja Bhatt knows what's the truth but this could very well be a publicity stunt.  The first look of the poster looks pretty steamy to me.
