The movie revolves around Prem (Salman Khan) and Sanjanna (Asin). Salman Khan lives with his father(Mahesh Manjrekar) and two uncles. Sanjana (Asin), is an orphan who comes to India to live with her Mamas (Uncles). Uncles are greedy and wants to take over her wealth. They are trying to marry Asin to their respective brothers-in-law.
Prem falls in love with Sanjana, decides to teach her mamas a lesson. he devices a plan so that the uncles want to readily marry off Asin to him.
