This is some funny story. An anonymous letter signed by someone called Papu Yadav was sent at India TV's office today. The letter said a bomb had been planted in Amitabh Bachchan's house Jalsa and it would blow up at 4.30 pm.
The TV office informed Mr. Bachchan immediately and he in turn called local police. A team of police with bomb disposal squad came to Jalsa and search for the bomb for about an hour and couldn't find anything.
"We had received a tip-off about the possibility of some subversive act at Jalsa, the Juhu residence of Amitabh Bachchan. So we carried a thorough search of the premises, but no explosives were found and the search was called off," the official told IANS. (read more)
