Now it may sound strange but Bipasa Basu literally went topless for New York Lotto. It was a commercial from New York's Lottery. The commercial features Bipasa Basu and Vivek Oberoi with a slogan "You can achieve anything with a dollar and a dream"

The commercial shows Vivek Oberoi in some kind of King Palace going to reach out to bold and beautiful Bipasa Basu who is taking shower and getting ready for Vivek Oberoi.

According to Hindustan Times, The ad film was shot long time back as a part of an international assignment in 1999 (you can see vivek oberoi with long hair, he looks much younger). It was a television commercial for the New York Lotto but was shot in India. The ad is directed by Ken Nahoum. The video is posted online by Tommy Kane, who was the art illustrator for this ad.
