As far as twitter is considered Bollywood Actress Priyanka Chopra is the most popular star in the country. The Bollywood Queen has just passed the 1 lac (100,000) mark making her the most followed actress.

When asked about it, the star told that she was one of the first people to start Tweeting. She prefers Twitter more than Facebook as it is quicker.

The Actress is second to the Politician Shashi Tharoor, who has crossed 500,000 mark. It seems that actress is regularly updating her profile by tweeting about her films, moods and more.
