`Deathly Hallows Part II’ has raised 92 million dollars on its opening day and has broken the first day’s collection records at the box office. This is the biggest draw for the `Potter’ series since the release of the `Sorcerer’s Stone’ almost a decade ago. Director David Yates has cast his biggest spell of the year. These figures are almost twenty million dollars over the previous best opening by the `Twilight Saga: New Moon’ which collected 72 million dollars when it opened a couple of years ago.

Hollywood.com Box Office Tracker is projecting that `Deathly Hallows Part II’ could also go ahead to break the all time opening weekend record of 158.4 million dollars that is currently held by `The Dark Knight’.

Everyone is rushing to the cinemas to bid farewell to J.K. Rowling’s concluding part of the Potter fable.
