Looks like Youtube has just turned on its "High Definition" (HD) feature ON. Back in March, Youtube started to experiment the videos in High Quality which wasn't any different than the original quality. But now you can actually watch High Definition videos (720p) in Youtube provided that the uploaded video is in High Definition.
You can search for High Definition Videos in Youtube by simply searching for "HD" or you can use Google site search feature such as "HD site:www.youtube.com" in the Google Search Box
If you have your LCD tv connected to computer, now you can enjoy these High Definition Videos directly into your television.
