
The Hindu Group launches a shopping site in partnership with IndiaPlaza.in. The shopping site currently includes Apparel, Books, CDs, Cosmetics, Electronics, Furniture, Handicrafts etc etc. On their launch, they are offering good discount ranging from 10% to 25% on selected items.
The front page of the site currently gives you the launch offers where you can get Sony Ericsson W810i for only 10,749 and Nokia N72 for only Rs. 9,499. The payment option includes mostly credit cards.
They have good return policy though. According to their FAQ, the site offers you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).
So now there is one more entry into the list of sites for shopping which includes, Sify Shopping, Rediff Shopping, IndiaTimes Shopping and now The Hindu Shopping.
Talking about IndiaPlaza.in, The site has recently introduced the Flight booking as well as hotel booking feature on their shopping portal which enables users to book flight tickets online.
