Having a personal GPS tracking devices could be a dream of many Indians. While that can be far from reality, atleast now you can have your personal GPS or GPS device that you can use in your car or anywhere you want to travel.

I wrote about {ln:MapMyIndia 'MapMyIndia} who launched India's first GPS device which gives you gps maps of major cities and it will includes  1000 cities, 500,000 towns and villages, and 1 million points of interest. Recently MapMyIndia partenered with Ford India to provide in-car GPS to Ford India's car models. 

If you are like me who loves cars, you may have heard about Tata's latest Manza car model.

Manza Car is a Luxury car and said to be an upgrade version of Tata Indigo Vista. It will be unveiled in Mumbai by Ratan Tata, Chairman Tata Motors on 14th October 2009. So what would it be like?

Back in April 2003 Ratan Tata, Chairman of India's second-largest and longest-established conglomerate, said he is pressing ahead with a project to bring to market a $2,000 car (Rs 1 Lakh), which he believes could revolutionise personal transport in India and some other asian countries.

he said. "It will look like a car and have proper seating-stretched canvas seats would not, for example, be acceptable. It would be all right for it to be a bit more noisy than an ordinary car, but it has to be both simple and safe."

To continue the story, Rediff reported that this car would be gearless. After months of speculations back in March 2007 during Geneva Motor show, some details about the specifications of this car came out.

Auto giant Bajaj Auto Board on Thursday approved a demerger scheme, splitting group into three separate entities with the creation of two new companies.

Under the proposed scheme, effective from March 31, Bajaj Auto Ltd's various businesses including auto manufacturing and other strategic businesses such as wind energy, insurance and financial services, would be demerged into two newly incorporated subsidiaries -- Bajaj Holdings and Investment Ltd (BHIL) and Bajaj Finserv Ltd (BFL).

The manufacturing business would vest in BHIL and other strategic businesses would vest in BFL, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Maruti a very well known company for its small cars in India launched Zen back in early 1993 which was the most successful small car in India. After the success of Maruti Zen, Maruti Suzuki launched Maruti ZenEstilo in 2006.

Maruti Suzuki Tuesday launched a new petrol version of its hatchback Estilo. The group also dropped the car's "Zen" prefix. The new version of Zen Estilo is packed with new engine, looks and good fuel efficiency.

The Maruti Estilo seems to be a complete family car due to its design, features, K-engine technique.
