An unusual step from the Internet Banker PayPal, as it suspended most of the payment transaction in India for more than a week. The PayPal spokes person told that the Personal Payment to and from India are currently put on hold, in addition to this the transfer to banks in India is also suspended.
PayPal, the online Bank is owned by eBay Inc., is taking keen steps to answer all the questions asked about its services. On behalf of PayPal Anuj wrote in his blog post that, “During this time, customers can still make commercial payments to India but merchants cannot withdraw funds in Rupees to local Indian banks.” He also apologized to PayPal customers in India for the inconvenience.
The suspension of payment transfer began on Jan 28th, and the company is looking forward to resolve this problem as soon as possible.
