iBibo, India's social networking site has launched email services in beta phase @ mail.ibibo.com. If you are an ibibo.com user, you will have to activate the email account. Once you activate the service, you will be able to get an email ID as <your_ibibo_id>@ibibo.com.
The email client is pretty basic one I guess. It also gives you an option to use pop accounts so that you can read emails from yahoo, gmail into your ibibo email account. Other features includes changing your email account skins as well as adding a background music to your message. To add background music, it asks for a URL for the MP3 file. It doesn't allow you to upload your MP3 file for the background music.

You can also sync your ibibo messenger conacts with your ibibo email account. ibibo doesn't say about the size of the email account.
iBibo.com owned Bixee.com has also launched quite many features. Bixee.com has launched a travel search engine @ travel.bixee.com. You can search for bus, rail and air tickets using Bixee travel search. I think the rail and bus ticket search engines are now flooding like anything. Each and every online giant wants to get a pie of it.
Bixee.com has also launched mobile job search. You can now search jobs on your mobile using bixee at mjobs.bixee.com.
