Looks like Samsung is not going to be quite in promoting its 3D enabled TVs. Right after launching a wide range of 3D LED televisions in the US market, now Samsung is launching new apps for the 3D television customers.

Samsung has just launched a new Samsung TV app for US customers called "Explore 3D".

Aircel India, the pan India GSM mobile service provider recently launched its wireless internet phone (WIP) at Rs 3299. This is a first-of-its-kind offering and the WIP service comes with attractive prepaid and postpaid rental plans.

The Aircel WIP is at the same time a phone and an internet modem and is preloaded with a web browser. The phone also features single touch GPRS/WAP (pocket internet access) and is made available in all the 22 telecom circles in India. The device is a compact and easy to use model with a 3.5 inches TFT LCD screen.

In a recent development, Google introduced priority inbox in Gmail (currently in Beta). The priority inbox feature helps the user to manage the emails according to priority.

The Google Gmail team describes the inbox as your personal assistant that lets you to arrange messages according to their priority without setting up complex rules for managing the mails. The priority inbox distributes your emails into three sections, “important and unread”, “starred” and “Everything else”.

After Blogger launched the Blogger Stats to everyone, now it created two new gadgets that you can add to your blog to show your readers interesting stats from your blog: Blog’s stats and Popular Posts gadgets.

Blogger has now make available Stats feature to everyone. The feature should now show up in the Dashboard for every Blogger user. Now you can see a Stats tab on your dashboard just after Monetize tab.

The stat tab show you the basic Overview, Posts, Traffic Sources and Audience in categories like Now, Day, Week, Month and All Time.

A new iPhone application called the Message Party was introduced recently. Message Party helps you to create your own chat rooms, but with a new perspective.

The new chat rooms that you create are location aware. What that means is that if you want to create a chat room that will only be joined by people of your state, you can do that now. In fact, if you want you can go hyper-local by opening a chat room that will be attended by people of your neighborhood only.

Nokia recently launched an installment plan for the purchase of Nokia smartphones. This offer is exclusively available for Citibank, HDFC, ICICI or Standard Chartered Credit card users.

The offer is valid on smartphone purchases priced between Rs 7000 to Rs 35,000. The price of the smartphone can be paid in three easy installments using your credit card.

Google Street View is a very powerful add-on feature for Google maps that gives you a real life view of any location. Google Street View is currently available for countries like USA, UK, Canada and many other. India is not so lucky. But looks like that is changing.

I was playing around with Google Maps today and noticed that now you can see the "Street View Yellow Person" Icon on top of the zoom tool.
