If you have been using MySpace, you would definitely know this face on the left. That's Tom Anderson, president of the Social Networking site MySpace. Anyone who joins MySpace would see Tom as his/her first friend. So this particular picture is quite popular/familiar.

Looks like Verizon is giving free publicity to Tom Anderson without him even noticing. I was just watching Verizon's new TV commercial (New York, USA) about unlimited texting, unlimited internet with the Verizon Palm phone and the commercial shows Tom's picture while advertising about "surf the internet".

 

In the commercial a guy and his girl friend are sitting in a restaurant. The other guy keeps his phone on the side and the first guy starts using his verizon palm for texting and sufring the internet. The commercial says "You couldn't keep your hands off of it".

I was trying to find that commercial on Youtube but couldn't. Has anyone else seen this TV commercial??
