Not in India but Indians abroad have also proved their pathetic pervertness. There is a reality show being telecasted by NBC in USA called "To Catch A Predator" devoted to the subject of identifying and detaining potential child sexual abusers. There are quite many indians investigated and found guilty in the show. You can find out the list here.
Now a new study shows that Indians approves "Romance at Workplace". The survey covered 402 respondents across seven cities, reveals that what was a taboo earlier is now acceptable. Nearly 34% of working executives feel that it is alright to have an affair with a married colleague. Shocking as it may sound, 44% believe that an office romance is a legitimate means of climbing up corporate ladder. Another 20% believe that an office romance is fair way of getting “sex for fun”. Yet others feel that it is a good way to escape from miserable marital lives.
Take an example of New Year's eve of 2007, Just a month ago 70 people (SEVENTY F#&KING PEOPLE) molested NRI girls in public. What can we say about this? Every now and then we hear about a foreigner being raped in India. Where is the law and order? India is on the verge of being developed nation and we still don't have proper infrastructure, law and order.
Not only that but websites that shows MMS Scandals, celebrity malfunctions, bollywood celebrity image morphs and adult videos are one of the top 50 websites. BharatStudent.com which is quite popular amonth Indians and is tied to major events and products is spamming Orkut for its vulgur contents. Check out India's top 100 sites from Alexa.com and you will see sites like DebonairBlog, NangaSpace etc.
I personally think that it is just pathetic as it gets. India is known for its culture and its values for ages. While hundreds of thousands of people around the world are adapting Indian culture and hinduism, we Indians are blindly following western culture.
