If you have been using Yahoo messenger, you might know what I am talking about. Yahoo messenger does have conferencing feature and if you include your webcam, you can have a web conference. But still that would not be as professional as should be for the official purposes.
So what would you use for your professional Video Conferencing? I know AT&T provides audio conferencing services and Web Ex provides video conferencing services. I came across this website called AccuConference which provides communication tools to increase your sales, productivity, efficiency and customer retention.
The site provides array of tools that are easy to use, efficient and profitable. Such as Phone conferencing, web conferencing, Video Conferencing etc. I looked at their prices and I was really impressed with the prices.
If you make 4 calls a month (thats one meeting per week) with 10/15 people and the meeting is for 60 minutes, it would cost about $10 for meeting central cost and around $30 for Meeting central with video cost. Thats cheap for the company I would say. They also have some flat rate pricings that includes unlimited usage.
The site has given a comparison of Audio & video conferencing with AT&T and Web Ex. So check it out.
