Gmail-Priority-Inbox
In a recent development, Google introduced priority inbox in Gmail (currently in Beta). The priority inbox feature helps the user to manage the emails according to priority.

The Google Gmail team describes the inbox as your personal assistant that lets you to arrange messages according to their priority without setting up complex rules for managing the mails. The priority inbox distributes your emails into three sections, “important and unread”, “starred” and “Everything else”.

When the user receives an email in his inbox, the priority inbox automatically classifies some mails as important. Different indicators are used by Gmail to decide which emails are important, based on the persons you email most. Besides this, the users can classify the messages as important and not important for reference.

Google mentioned in its Gmail blog that the priority inbox feature will be available to all Gmail users, including those who use Gmail Apps within the next week or so. To access your priority inbox, you will have to click the “new Priority Inbox” link at the top right corner of your Gmail account.
