Now users can submit and track the status of their applications submitted to various departments in RBI through Online tracking system that has been launched by Reserve Bank of India.

To use this online tracking system user first needs to register in the RBI site, for which the first time login password will be sent to your mail by the tracking system. After logging in with the password; user will now be able to use the online application filing and tracking system.

Reserve Bank of India’s Deputy General Manager, G. Raghurai clearly said that this online tracking system cannot be used for tracking complaints made under the Banking Ombudsman Scheme or any other complaints.
