Online Photo Editors - Which one is best?
As moe and more people started using broadband, services are now leaving desktops and making their ways to the internet. One of the popular photo editor software, Photoshop has also launched its express edition online. There are plenty of online photo editors available for free but the question is which one is best?
Some editors offers layers, some don't, some requires flash and some doesn't require flash. So it ultimately is upto you which one you are comfortable with.
